**All Sales Are Final**
All products sold by OptimalSelf are designated solely for laboratory research purposes and are therefore considered final sale.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the customer no longer needs the product.
**Non-Returnable Items**
For your safety and to ensure the integrity of our products, research materials cannot be returned once they have left our facility.
Regardless of their condition—opened or unopened—returned items cannot be restocked or redistributed and will not be accepted.
**Damaged or Incorrect Orders (The Only Exception)**
If an order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, customers must notify OptimalSelf within 24 hours of delivery.
To facilitate our assessment, customers are required to provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- Clear photographs of the affected product(s)
After reviewing the submitted information, OptimalSelf may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
**Order Cancellations**
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
We encourage customers to verify their order details thoroughly before completing the checkout process.
**Refund Method (If Applicable)**
If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
**Chargebacks & Disputes**
Customers are encouraged to reach out to OptimalSelf directly regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to legal action or account restrictions.
